This website should be seen as a collection of ideas and suggestions for stress relief. Especially when you have no more ideas or do not know what could help you at the moment. Of course, not every stress skill/ helper will do everyone the same good and relieve stress, however, we encourage you to test and try them in order to find your personal best stress relief skills.
